Culture: Noguchi

Hi Everyone! I hope you had a positive week. Welcome back to the Pineapple Chicken Blog. For those who are new, my blog covers positivity, culture and lifestyle.

Japanese American sculptor Isamu Noguchi (1904 – 1988) is one of the most experimental and important artists of the 20th century. Mostly known as an icon of mid-century design for his celebrated coffee table and Akari lights, Noguchi pushed the boundaries of sculpture by embracing social, environmental and spiritual consciousness. Let me know in the comments below what you thought of the exhibition and whether you would try and go visit!

There is no better way than to chill out in my favourite places in London after! For those feeling peckish, there is a lovely Aussie brunch bar – Barbie Green. I absolutely adore bubble tea at the Alley and then a wander to Covent Garden, where we check out rare sneakers at Kick Game before grabbing the best bread in London – Chinatown Bakery.

With Sweet & Sour Love,

Pineapple Chicken xx
